World Series: The Fall Crisis

This October 28, the first game of the best-of-seven playoff will take place. But, before fighting for the cup, the league division series are taking place. Two teams have already won the division semi-finals, Los Angeles Dodgers and L.A. Angels of Anaheim, both of them L.A. based teams. These teams defeated Boston and St- Louis respectively and are making Los Angeles dream with a derby in the World Series since they play in different divisions.

The other two teams that already passed are the New York Yankees and the Philadelphia Phillies, which went to the World Series last year and are the defending champions. They might become the first team in the decade to be able to defend their title since the Yankees did so in the year 2000.

The games for the divisional championships are ready. The American League Championship will be contested between the Anaheim Angels and the New York Yankees and is set to start this October 16. The National League Championship will be contested between the L.A. Dodgers and the Philadelphia Phillies and will start October 15. The favorite teams to win these games are the Philadelphia Phillies and the NYY, which are baseball rivals. The games will be shown in either ESPN 2 or Fox Sports here in Latin America.
